I want to thank Ross for an excellent Level-3 survey. The report was detailed, yet very easy to read and follow. The work was far superior to a larger company I used in late 2025 in Hammersmith and Fulham, despite the fees being lower. They even released the report before my payment had fully cleared!

During the post-survey call, Ross patiently explained all the key findings and offered constructive suggestions; it’s clear he truly cares about his clients. He even encouraged us to contact him with any further questions. Based on his findings, we have decided to withdraw our offer.

The only minor hiccup was a delay with the follow-up call. I was given a three-hour window, but the call took place after three and a half hours. Having taken a half-day off work, the wait was a bit frustrating. However, Ross apologised sincerely once we connected, explaining that previous meetings had overrun. My only suggestion would be to narrow the time window (to one hour, for example) or send a quick message if there is a significant delay. Despite this, I’m still giving Surveying People and Ross five stars and will use Ross again in the near future.

The surveyor produced a very thorough and well presented RICS Level 2 report. The survey also included a drone survey which was greatly beneficial for highlighting issues with the roof of the property I enquired on. I would not hesitate to use surveying people again for any future survey!

the survey was arranged and carried out promptly, with a good report provided. However, the report arrived past the deadline they stipulated and they never showed up to the arranged debrief call and stopped responding to my emails requesting a call be organized.

Very satisfied with the survey that Ross did. An extremely detailed report that allowed us to have a much better understanding of the state of the house. He also found something concerning for which he recommended having a specialist damp survey before we sign or commit to anything.
